Rafael Leao Set to Leave AC Milan as Transfer Window Approaches

AC Milan's Rafael Leao is poised to leave the San Siro as the transfer window opens, following a lackluster season for the club that ended with a fifth-place finish in Serie A. While this result allows them to compete in the Europa League, it falls short of the prestigious Champions League.

In light of the recent dismissal of manager Massimiliano Allegri, the Italian club is facing potential changes to its roster, with Leao's departure being a significant possibility. Since joining AC Milan from Lille in early 2019 for a fee of €49.5 million, Leao has become an integral part of the team, contributing 80 goals and 59 assists. Reports suggest that he could be available for around €43 million this summer, though his next destination remains uncertain.
