Tait Embraces New Challenge at Dundee United After Falkirk Success
Dylan Tait has expressed his excitement about joining "a massive club" in Dundee United after departing from "an amazing team" at Falkirk. The 24-year-old midfielder recognized that the move was a significant step for his career, particularly following a strong performance at Falkirk, where they finished just ahead of United in the Scottish Premiership.
In a conversation on Dundee United's YouTube channel, Tait stated, "I had a good couple of seasons at Falkirk and enjoyed my time there." He praised the club's support and development, saying, "I couldn't speak too highly of Falkirk; they have been amazing for me and I am buzzing to be at Dundee United."
Having faced Dundee United several times last season, Tait is familiar with the competition he will encounter. "It was an amazing team I played in there, and I am just looking forward to helping this team be successful," he added.
Before his time at Falkirk, Tait played for various clubs, including Raith Rovers, Hibernian, Kilmarnock, Arbroath, and Hamilton Academical. He reflected on his diverse experiences, stating, "For my age, I've got a lot of experiences, good and bad, and I think I can help the younger boys in this team especially." He also mentioned a friendly face in right-back Miller Thomson from Falkirk, saying, "He kind of made me feel welcome and I already had a mate coming in, which always helps."
