Tennessee Football Secures Commitment from 2027 Cornerback Dylan Haley
On Sunday, Tennessee football achieved a significant recruiting milestone by securing a commitment from Dylan Haley, a three-star cornerback from Flowery Branch, Georgia. The 6-foot-1, 180-pound athlete chose the Volunteers over offers from Ole Miss, Auburn, and Florida.
Haley, who plays for Cherokee Bluff High School, is currently ranked as the No. 55 athlete in the 2027 class and the No. 84 player in Georgia according to 247Sports. Tennessee was the first team to extend a scholarship offer to him, which occurred on October 16, 2025. He has made four visits to the campus, the latest being an official visit on June 5.
In addition to Tennessee, Haley received scholarship offers from a number of other institutions, including Charlotte, Pittsburgh, Florida State, UNLV, Kennesaw State, LSU, Samford, Georgia Tech, Georgia, Texas A&M, Kentucky, Gardner-Webb, and Lehigh.
Tennessee's 2027 recruiting class is shaping up well, with Haley joining 10 other commitments such as linebacker JP Peace, offensive tackle Princeton Uwaifo, and quarterback Derrick Baker. The Volunteers are actively building a strong roster for the future.
