Viral Image of Sean Strickland in Controversial T-Shirt Debunked

A recent claim circulating online suggested that UFC champion Sean Strickland was seen wearing a t-shirt reading "Trump is in the Epstein files" during his removal from a UFC viewing party. However, this assertion has been thoroughly debunked. Multiple sources, including law enforcement officials, confirmed that Strickland was not wearing such a shirt at the time.

The claim originated from a post by @YourAnonNews on June 15, 2026, which featured an image that quickly gained traction. The post implied that the infamous t-shirt was part of Strickland's wardrobe as he was escorted from the event held near the White House. Nevertheless, Emily Williams, the acting chief of the U.S. Marshals Service Office of Public Affairs, stated, "The image is semi-correct, but the shirt is AI. The original has him in different clothing."

In fact, photographs released by reputable media, such as The Los Angeles Times, show Strickland wearing a black hoodie that obscured the text on his shirt. Although part of the first line of text was visible, it did not match the claimed phrase, and the logo of a prominent energy drink was noticeably absent from the viral image.
