Wisconsin Badgers Secure Commitment from Edge Rusher Brody Pfannenstiel

MADISON, WISCONSIN - On November 8, 2025, a significant development emerged for the Wisconsin Badgers as they welcomed Brody Pfannenstiel, a three-star edge rusher, into their 2027 recruiting class. Pfannenstiel, standing at 6 feet 4 inches and weighing 225 pounds, made the announcement of his commitment on Tuesday evening.

Previously committed to the Texas Tech Red Raiders since March, Pfannenstiel took an official visit to Wisconsin in early June, prior to returning to Texas Tech. After weighing his options, the Kansas native decided to switch his allegiance and join a talented group of edge rushers at Wisconsin.

The Badgers had already bolstered their defensive line by securing commitments from in-state edge rusher Isaac Miller and three-star Darin Graham, who chose Wisconsin over Ole Miss and Purdue.
