Warriors Maintain Interest in Kawhi Leonard Amid Free Agency Decisions

I still think the Warriors are still going for Kawhi Leonard," O'Connor stated. He emphasized that Golden State's interest in Leonard has not diminished.

Should the Warriors succeed in acquiring Leonard, he would form a formidable partnership with two-time MVP Stephen Curry. Last season, Leonard delivered an impressive performance in his 14th year, averaging a career-best 27.9 points, along with 6.4 rebounds, 3.6 assists, 1.9 steals, and 0.4 blocks. His defensive skills, combined with a solid 39.1% shooting rate from three-point range, would be a valuable asset for head coach Steve Kerr.
