Brazil's National Team Kicks Off Copa America Preparations in the U.S.

The Brazilian National Team commenced its training for the upcoming 2026 World Cup on Tuesday, October 2, in the United States. The first session took place at the Columbia Park Training Center in Morristown, featuring prominent players Marquinhos, Gabriel Magalhães, and Gabriel Martinelli, who recently competed in the Champions League final in Budapest on September 30.

Marquinhos celebrated his second consecutive Champions League victory, while Magalhães and Martinelli contributed to the team's efforts during the prestigious tournament. Their participation marks a significant boost for Brazil as they finalize their squad ahead of the Copa America.

With the inclusion of these three athletes, the Seleção's roster is now complete. Brazil's training will continue on Wednesday, October 3, with sessions scheduled to start at 6 p.m. local time. In the afternoon, Marquinhos and Igor Thiago will address the media at The Ridge hotel, where the team is currently stationed.

Under the guidance of coach Carlo Ancelotti, the team will train in New Jersey until Friday, October 5, before heading to Cleveland for a friendly match against Egypt on Saturday, October 6. This encounter will serve as the final warm-up before Brazil's World Cup opener on October 13 at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.
