Kyle Larson Reflects on His Children’s Heartfelt Tributes to Kyle Busch
LEBANON – Kyle Larson expressed his pride in how his children have shown support for the family of the late Kyle Busch, a fellow NASCAR Cup driver. Their compassion was evident during recent events honoring Busch, a former champion who passed away.
During the Kyle Busch tribute at the Coca-Cola 600 on May 24 at Charlotte Motor Speedway, Larson's 11-year-old son, Owen, reached out to Busch's son, Brexton. Owen comforted Brexton by placing his arm around him, a touching gesture between two friends who have shared many moments at the racetrack.
Just a few days later, Larson's 8-year-old daughter, Audrey, celebrated her own victory in a dirt-track race in Nebraska. In a heartfelt nod to Busch, she performed the signature Busch bow, further honoring the legacy of the fallen driver.
This display of camaraderie among young racers underscores the close-knit community within NASCAR, where friendships often extend beyond the track.
