Oklahoma State Softball Gains Utah Catcher Kennedy Proctor Through Transfer Portal
Oklahoma State University’s softball program has made its first significant move in the transfer portal by securing the commitment of Utah catcher Kennedy Proctor, announced on Saturday by Coach Kenny Gajewski. Proctor demonstrated impressive performance during her freshman year, recording a .319 batting average, six home runs, and driving in 28 runs across 44 games.
In her sophomore season, Proctor elevated her game further, achieving a .338 batting average and a .461 on-base percentage, while hitting 14 home runs and collecting 41 RBIs in 55 games. This acquisition comes as the Cowgirls prepare to fill the void left by two departing seniors, Amanda Hasler and Audrey Schneidmiller, who were the team's main catchers during the 2026 season.
As Oklahoma State continues to navigate the transfer portal, Proctor's addition marks a promising step toward reinforcing their roster for the upcoming season.
