Anthony Edwards had 36 points in 40 minutes to lead the Minnesota Timberwolves to a 114-109 win over the San Antonio Spurs on Sunday night. Both teams fought hard throughout with Minnesota pulling away late.
San Antonio was led by De'Aaron Fox who finished with 24 points in the loss. Victor Wembanyama was ejected in the first half after striking Naz Reid in the throat with an elbow.
