Ticket Prices Surge for Upcoming Knicks Games Following Playoff Momentum
Following the New York Knicks' impressive 105–95 victory against the San Antonio Spurs in Game 1, ticket prices for the upcoming playoff games at Madison Square Garden have experienced a significant escalation on various resale platforms. As of Thursday afternoon, the lowest-priced tickets for Game 3, scheduled for Monday, are now listed at approximately $8,200, a dramatic increase from the $4,200 price point just three days prior, and more than triple the rate from less than three weeks ago.
In addition, tickets for Game 4, set for June 10 and potentially serving as a clinching game if the Knicks continue their winning streak, have seen an even steeper rise. The starting price for this matchup has jumped from $3,900 earlier in the week to around $8,500 across multiple resale outlets.
Ticket sales for Game 6, which will take place on June 16 and remains contingent on the series outcome, are also on the rise, with prices beginning at about $9,000, compared to $5,300 at the start of the week. The surge in demand reflects the heightened excitement surrounding the Knicks’ postseason performance.
