Trophy Lift Gallery: Celtic v Hearts

Celtic secured a fifth consecutive league title in the most memorable way possible on Saturday (May 16), defeating Hearts 3-1 to become champions and deliver the club's 56th title in the process. 

Arne Engels equalised from the spot in the first half before late goals from Daizen Maeda and Callum Osmand ensured that the Hoops would be lifting yet another Scottish Premiership trophy.
