The Kentucky Derby field continues to change with just a day until the Run for the Roses.

Right To Party has been scratched.

Robusta is into the field as the replacement.

Right To Party is the third scratch of the week, along with Silent Tactic and Fulleffort.

Why did Right To Party scratch?

According to the Louisville Courier Journal, the scratch was due to "right front lameness."

His trainer, Kenny McPeek, was not happy in comments he made after the scratch to the Courier Journal.

"They just flabbergast me," McPeek said of the state veterinarians that made this determination. “This is what they do to us... We PET scanned him. Horse hasn’t trained any different in three months, no different.”
