That’s what’s important, that big names emerge.” Casillas expressed optimism about the process, stating that any candidate aiming to act in the club's best interest is welcome. He humorously mentioned some potential candidates, joking, “I don’t know… Haaland, Mbappé, Vinicius, and Mourinho could also be a good fit. It would be interesting.”

Meanwhile, Netherlands head coach Ronald Koeman weighed in on Denzel Dumfries' possible transfer to Real Madrid. Although he refrained from confirming the deal, Koeman expressed his belief that the Inter Milan defender deserves this opportunity. “I don’t know if the transfer is completely finalized, but if anyone deserves it, it’s him,” Koeman remarked, adding a personal preference for Dumfries to join Barcelona instead.
