Report: Bucks 'open for business' on trade calls for longtime Warriors' target
Although the second round of the postseason is currently chugging along, rumors are already beginning to heat up about different potential offseason moves for the teams already eliminated from the postseason.
Following the NBA draft lottery on Sunday, one of the first pins to drop in the offseason rumor mill surrounded a longtime trade target of the Golden State Warriors. According to Shams Charania, the Milwaukee Bucks are "open for business" on trade calls and offers for star forward Giannis Antetokounmpo.

During the 2025-26 season, signs pointed towards the Bucks potentially moving Antetokounmpo in a blockbuster deal at the February NBA trade deadline. However, Antetokounmpo and the Bucks remained together through the end of the season.
Charania reported Antetokounmpo's trade market will be "robust" with teams like the Warriors, Miami Heat, Minnesota Timberwolves, Cleveland Cavaliers, Boston Celtics, New York Knicks and Los Angeles Lakers loading up potential offers for the former two-time MVP.
The 31-year-old forward is coming off an injury-plagued season, playing only 36 games due to groin, calf and knee injuries. In 36 games, Antetokounmpo averaged 27.6 points on 62.4% shooting from the field with 9.8 rebounds and 5.4 assists per contest.
