Texas Longhorns' SEC Game Schedule Revealed, Including Kickoff Times

The Southeastern Conference (SEC) has unveiled the game windows for six of the nine conference matchups involving the Texas Longhorns, starting with their highly anticipated opener against the Tennessee Volunteers. This game is scheduled for an 11 a.m. Central kickoff at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville on September 26.

Fans should take note of the upcoming schedule, as Texas will also face Florida at home on October 17, with the specific network yet to be announced for that early match. The following week, the Longhorns will welcome Ole Miss to Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium, where kickoff could either be in the afternoon or evening.

The homestand will wrap up with a night game against Mississippi State, slated to begin sometime between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Central time. As the season progresses, Texas will head to Missouri for an early November game, which is also set for an early kickoff.

One of the season's highlights will be the trip to Baton Rouge, where Texas will face off against the Tigers and head coach Lane Kiffin, a close friend of Longhorns' coach Steve Sarkisian. The kickoff time for this matchup remains flexible, depending on whether it will take place during the day or under the lights in Death Valley.

Finally, Texas will conclude its regular season at Kyle Field against Texas A&M, with that game scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Central and broadcast on ABC. The Longhorns are also set to host Arkansas for the second consecutive year in an afternoon game prior to the showdown with their longtime rivals.
