Tuesday's RIIL Playoff Highlights: Key Scores and Standouts

SOFTBALL — Division II
In the One Loss Round 4, Ponaganset secured a 5-2 victory over Johnston.

BOYS LACROSSE — Division I Semifinals
La Salle triumphed over Hendricken with a commanding score of 19-6. Barrington is set to take on Moses Brown at 4:30 p.m.

BOYS LACROSSE — Division III Semifinal
Lincoln defeated Narragansett, finishing the match at 5-2.

BOYS LACROSSE — Division IV
Ponaganset is scheduled to face Rogers at Toppa Field at 6 p.m.

GIRLS LACROSSE — Division II Semifinals
Cumberland overcame Burrillville with a score of 12-6, maintaining their lead even while playing short-handed in the final minutes due to yellow cards. Lucy Briggs led the Clippers with five goals and three assists, while Brooke Tellier and Leanna Parrillo each contributed three goals. For Burrillville, Alexis Novicki and Giavanna Marini scored two goals each. The Clippers will advance to the Division II title match against Westerly, which is set for 2 p.m. on Sunday at Brown University.

GIRLS LACROSSE — Division II Semifinals
Westerly dominated Cranston West, winning 21-3. Casey Macera shone for the Bulldogs, netting six goals and providing four assists. Other contributors included Ella Seltzer, Gianna Falcone, and Sienna Fizzano, who each scored three times. Cranston West's Ashley Budano added two goals in their defeat.

GIRLS LACROSSE — Division III Semifinal
Toll Gate defeated East Providence 15-5. After leading 7-5 at halftime, the Titans powered through the second half, scoring eight unanswered goals. Delanie Wheeler had an impressive performance with seven goals and two assists, while Aubrey Rubeira added four goals. East Providence's Alyssa Karalekas finished strong with four goals in her final game. Toll Gate will meet the winner of the Pilgrim-Smithfield semifinal in the Division III final on Saturday or Sunday at Brown University.

GIRLS LACROSSE — Division IV Semifinal
Scituate edged out Coventry/EWG Co-op with a narrow 1-0 victory.

BOYS VOLLEYBALL — Division II Semifinal
West Warwick defeated Central Falls 3-1, with Colin Kelly leading the Wizards with 16 kills and nine blocks. The Wizards will face Westerly in the Division II final at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday at Rhode Island College.

BOYS VOLLEYBALL — Division III Semifinal
Exeter-West Greenwich swept St. Raphael 3-0 in a strong team performance, highlighted by Zoltan Libertini's 10 kills and 10 digs. The Scarlet Knights will head to the D-III final against Mt. Hope at 5 p.m. on Saturday at RIC.
