Who does Arkansas baseball play in NCAA Tournament Lawrence Regional?
Arkansas baseball is hunting another postseason run after making it all the way to the College World Series in 2025, but the Hogs will have to hit the road in a regional for the first time since 2022.
The Razorbacks (39-20) are the two seed in the Lawrence Regional hosted by No. 15 Kansas (42-16). They'll open play in the NCAA Tournament on Friday against three-seed Missouri State (34-19), with the Jayhawks hosting Northeastern (38-20) earlier in the day.
Arkansas split two midweek games against Missouri State during the regular season.
The Lawrence Regional is paired with the Atlanta Regional, which is hosted by No. 2 Georgia Tech. The Yellow Jackets will host Boston College, Liberty and Long Island.
The Razorbacks have advanced out of a regional in four of the past six seasons. Last year, Arkansas was the No. 3 overall seed. The Hogs went 3-0 at home with a pair of victories over Creighton to book their spot in the super regionals.

Arkansas baseball NCAA Tournament appearances
Arkansas has some notable success going on the road for the regionals. The Razorbacks reached the College World Series in 2022, 2015 and 2012, with all of those postseason journeys beginning away from Baum-Walker Stadium. They have 11 total trips to the College World Series.
Arkansas baseball's performance in SEC
The Razorbacks finished seventh in the league standings this year with a 17-13 record. They finished just two wins behind second-place Texas in a bunched top of the conference.
Arkansas earned series victories over NCAA Tournament teams Ole Miss, Oklahoma, Mississippi State, Alabama and Kentucky. Their only series losses to teams still standing came against Georgia, Auburn and Florida.
The Razorbacks closed the campaign on a high by winning their final four SEC series and then reaching the championship game of the conference tournament. They beat Tennessee, Texas and Auburn before losing to Georgia.
