Daily Bee: Nonsense and Rumors

Here at Fear The Wall, we have four writers assigned to cover the Daily Bee and it often boils down to us fighting over scraps of news to talk about. If Adeyemi is linked with an exit on Tuesday night, I’m scooping that up for my Wednesday Daily Bee and leaving Sean or Paul with nothing but leftover Jadon Sancho rumors. It’s a cutthroat cycle that leads to anguish, hate, and likely all of us being replaced by AI in a few weeks. Today, that cycle ends.

Instead of stealing Paul, Sean, or Zac’s baseless rumors to report on, I’ve decided to make my own baseless rumors.

Borussia Dortmund Nonsense:

• Emre Can is linked with a shock move to RB Leipzig. Red Bull Global Czar of Sports, Jürgen Klopp, came out and said “Of course we want Emre, Redbull always needs more cans”.
• Mahmoud Dahoud is set to leave Frankfurt at the end of this season and publicly announced that “I am coming for Felix Nmecha’s spot”. Accordingly, Dahoud’s agent has already begun posting homophobic Instagram stories on the players behalf to show that he actually can fill Nmecha’s spot.
• Jobe Bellingham came out and declared “I am going to be staying here for a long time” in a recent interview. We know, Jobe, you haven’t been good enough for a move.

Global Nonsense:

• PSG and Bayern reminded us all that football is fun for the world’s wealthiest elite teams (check out the highlights of PSG’s attack here). Diego Simeone, however, came out and said today’s match should be better due to both team’s attacking philosophies.
• Despite the backing of the world’s second biggest automotive makers, VfL Wolfsburg look set to drop into the 2. Bundesliga at the end of this season. Apparently all seven fans are upset, not at the club’s poor performance but because the company’s ID. Buzz isn’t being sold this year.
• Bayer Leverkusen are set to play in front of a new audience this week; the United States Supreme Court. Leverkusen’s ownership, Bayer Pharmaceuticals, are defending their cancer-causing weedkiller. Many have questioned whether or not Clarence Thomas will recuse himself from this case after his wife said Bayern Munich should’ve been given the Meisterschale in 2024 despite Leverkusen’s overwhelming points tally.
