MSU Football Commit Zach Forbish Sees Boost in Recruiting Rank

In an exciting update for Michigan State football, recent commit Zach Forbish has received an upgrade in his recruiting status from 247Sports. The wide receiver from Frisco, Texas, has officially been designated as a three-star prospect, a significant recognition for the young athlete.

Previously unranked, Forbish's recruiting rating has now reached 87, placing him as the 105th wide receiver in the 2027 class according to 247Sports. Additionally, he ranks 878th overall in the composite rankings for that class.

Forbish chose Michigan State over competitors such as Wisconsin, Pitt, and North Texas, committing to the Spartans after an official visit. He is currently among 14 commitments in Michigan State's 2027 recruiting class.

His combination of size and speed, along with his experience at a prominent Texas high school, has made him an appealing prospect. Observers believe he may continue to rise in the rankings following his senior season this fall.
