Teasley, known for his impressive acumen as one of the NFL’s rising executives, will now aim to secure a championship for Minnesota, following his success in Seattle.

The Seahawks celebrated their second Super Bowl win on February 8, 2026, defeating the New England Patriots 29-13 at Levi’s Stadium. Head coach Mike MacDonald and general manager John Schneider were pivotal figures in this achievement, marking a high point in the franchise's history.

While losing Teasley is a significant setback, Seattle will gain a small advantage. According to CBS Sports' Jonathan Jones, the Seahawks are set to receive third-round compensatory picks in the next two drafts due to Teasley’s departure.
