7 Can’t-Miss Dodgers Games in May: World Series Trophies, Bobbleheads, and Rivalry Re-Matches
The 2026 Los Angeles Dodgers season is flying by, but fret not. May has a bunch of great opportunities to see the Boys in Blue, and you could even come home with a unique souvenir.
Here are some of the best games to go to if you’re in Southern California.
Friday, May 8 vs. the Atlanta Braves
It’s Miguel Rojas bobblehead night! This giveaway commemorates his game-tying home run from the ninth inning of Game 7 of the 2025 World Series.
This is the first time Rojas is getting a bobblehead with the Dodgers.
“I fully expect Miggy to be in the lineup for this game and the ovation will be special,” said Dodgers Nation’s Noel Sanchez.
Monday, May 11 vs. the San Francisco Giants
When the Dodgers traveled to San Francisco earlier this season, things got heated.
Catcher Dalton Rushing got caught on camera appearing to say “F— ’em” after a play at the plate with Jung Hoo Lee, who stayed down afterward.
Rushing was then drilled in the ribs with a fastball and slid hard into second base.
Given the recent bad blood, this rivalry is only getting more intense.
Plus, there’s a World Series replica trophy giveaway for this game.
Friday, May 15 at the Los Angeles Angels
True, this one isn’t at Dodger Stadium, but Angel Stadium is just a drive away.
“The Angels are the worst team in the show right now but they always bring it against LA, so take over their stadium too across the city,” Sanchez said.
Monday, May 18 at the San Diego Padres
Similarly, this is an away game, but it’s still close enough for plenty of Dodgers fans to make it.
“It’s not like Dodger fans haven’t taken over Petco Park before,” Sanchez said. “Let’s see it again.”
Tuesday, May 26 vs. the Colorado Rockies
This is Mexican Heritage Night, and with a special ticket, you get a Dodgers jersey to commemorate the event.
Also be ready for plenty of food and festivities.
Wednesday, May 27 vs. the Colorado Rockies
This is Yoshinobu Yamamoto bobblehead night, and the giveaway shows the World Series MVP celebrating the last out of the Fall Classic.
“This one is a must-have,” Sanchez said.
Friday, May 29 vs. the Philadelphia Phillies
This is Alex Vesia bobblehead night. Just like Rojas, this will be Vesia’s first bobblehead of his Dodgers career.
“He’s been super reliable out of the bullpen this year, and we’re all rooting for him hard,” Sanchez said.
Which game are you going to see?
